Tilapia Oreganata with Cauliflower Mash
Description: Delicious Tilapia with savory seasoned Italian bread crumbs and a delicious lemon and garlic flavoring. Served with a side of cauliflower mash!

Easy Cooking Instructions:
- Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees & prepare a baking sheet w/ tin foil & cooking spray.
- Place tilapia on the baking sheet; brush herbed oil on top of each fillet; finish by sprinkling the breadcrumbs evenly on top of the fillets; bake in oven for 8-10 mins or until the fish is opaque & cooked through.
- Meanwhile, heat the cauliflower mash in a medium pot 5-7 mins until hot.
- Serve tilapia with cauliflower mash, add lemon juice as desired, & enjoy!
