Parmesan Pork Cutlets with Egg Noodles

Description: Savory thin and boneless pork cutlets coated with a delicious blend of egg, crumbs, Parmesan, and additional seasonings topped with a delicious light Parmesan sauce. Served with egg noodles.

Easy Cooking Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees & prepare a baking sheet w/ tin foil & cooking spray.
  • Pour crumb mix in shallow dish; Pour egg mix in another shallow dish.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.  Dip each pork cutlet in egg mix, coating all sides; Cover w/ crumb mix; place in skillet.  Cook lightly 1-2 mins, turning once until lightly browned on each side.  Add pork to baking sheet & bake 10-12 mins or until desired doneness.
  • Meanwhile, boil salted water in a medium pot; add egg noodles & cook 8-10 mins or until desired doneness; drain.  
  • Also, heat sauce in a medium pot in medium-high heat 5-7 mins until hot.
  • Serve with pork cutlets w/ sauce & egg noodles & enjoy!
