Mandarin Chicken with Stir Fry Vegetables

Easy Cooking Instructions:
  • Bring 3 cups of water to a boil in a medium pot.  Add rice & simmer for 20 mins. 
  • Meanwhile, heat oil in wok or large skillet over med-high heat; add chicken to a wok or skillet; cook 3-5 mins. on each side or until chicken is lightly browned.
  • Add frozen vegetables & sauce to wok; cook 3-5 mins. Remove from heat; add mandarin oranges.
  • Serve chicken with rice & enjoy!
